This page explains what cookies are used on our Knowledge Centre and why. We are committed to transparency and compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They can be used for a variety of purposes, including enabling basic functionality, remembering preferences, or measuring site usage.
Under GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, cookies are divided into categories:
Strictly necessary cookies – essential for the website to function and do not require consent.
Preference cookies – remember choices you make and require consent.
Analytics/Performance cookies – collect statistics on site usage and require consent.
Marketing/Tracking cookies – used for advertising and profiling and require consent.
Our Help Center currently only uses strictly necessary cookies provided by our security partner, Cloudflare.
